Seonaid Porter leads the Project Delivery practice at Zaleo Consulting, specialising in Modern Infrastructure and the delivery of complex technology programs. Known for her professionalism, strong governance capabilities, and pragmatic approach to risk management, Seonaid has built a reputation for successfully delivering outcomes in highly regulated and compliance-driven environments.

Since joining Zaleo, she has played a key role in some of the organisation’s most significant infrastructure initiatives, including helping deliver Australia’s first implementations of VCF 9.1 and VKS. She has successfully managed VMware and modern infrastructure projects for critical infrastructure organisations across Australia and New Zealand, helping clients navigate competing priorities while maintaining stakeholder confidence and project momentum.

With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale programs across government and enterprise sectors, Seonaid brings a strategic, outcomes-focused perspective to every engagement. Her career includes leadership roles on some of Australia’s most complex transformation initiatives, including infrastructure and integration delivery for the $3.5 billion Defence ERP Program. She also served as Engagement Lead for the National Cancer Screening Register and led the Department of Health’s frontline response for public housing during Melbourne’s extended COVID-19 lockdowns.

These experiences have strengthened her ability to lead through uncertainty, align diverse stakeholder groups, and deliver successful outcomes under intense operational pressure. Clients value her calm, considered leadership style and her ability to bring structure and clarity to complex programs.

What distinguishes Seonaid’s approach is her blend of IT and HR disciplines. This allows her to look beyond project plans and technical milestones to the people and change management dynamics that determine whether a program succeeds. At Zaleo, she applies this experience across modern infrastructure engagements. She works closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to broader business objectives. Seonaid holds a Master of Business Information Technology from RMIT University, is a PROSCI Change Practitioner, and is based in Melbourne.
