Following several years at a senior level in other industries, Romy has held executive positions in the professional services sector for over 10 years. She brings a breadth of experience across several industry sectors and a diversity of solutions delivered. Her experience spans EMEA, ASIA Pac and most recently Australia. Her approach has always been to bridge the gap between business need for digital solutions and the technology to enable the outcomes. She has led successful practises across Data & AI, Digital Enablement, Engineering, Program Management and Managed Services.

Leading with a focus on the team and client outcomes, Romy has governed programs that offer clients flexibility. She has designed and been an executive sponsor for bringing together hybrid accountable solutions that blend consulting resources, permanent head count and workforce augmentation to ensure the client challenges were tackled in a partnered way.

Internally her leadership fosters a culture of learning, collaboration, client purpose and innovation. From an external perspective, and what client have come to learn is that Romy builds long term relationships that result in trust and open dialogue. Having been on project governance and risk management review boards, she brings an understanding of how to establish risk and improvement registers.

Outside of work, Romy is a mentor to women who wish to develop careers in technology and assist them with how to navigate and remain in the sector
