Josh Odgers is a highly respected enterprise architect with more than two decades of experience designing, optimising, and guiding complex IT ecosystems. He joins us as our Chief Technology Officer, where he will provide advice and technical governance across our programs.

Josh brings experience as the Founder and CEO of End‑2‑End Enterprise Architecture (E2EEA), leading the consultancy Zaleo Consulting is in partnership with to help organisations build resilient, scalable, and future‑ready technology architectures.. Josh’s career spans influential technical leadership roles across the global technology landscape. At Nutanix, he served as Chief Field Architect, where he helped shape the company’s hyperconverged infrastructure strategy and worked closely with customers to design large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms. His earlier tenure at IBM Australia as a Virtualisation Architect saw him drive major cloud and virtualisation initiatives, supporting enterprises as they modernised their IT foundations.

His industry credentials reflect a commitment to excellence and innovation. Josh is a VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX), one of the most rigorous and respected certifications in the virtualisation field. He also holds the distinction of being Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) #1, recognising his pioneering contributions to the evolution of Nutanix’s platform and his leadership within the architecture community.

Josh continues to champion architectural best practices, mentor emerging architects, and help organisations navigate the complexities of modern IT. His work is grounded in a practical, business‑aligned approach that empowers companies to make confident, strategic technology decisions.
